CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read both policies To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services will be charged to your credit card. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 12 hours notice or a no show a cancellation fee of 75% of your scheduled services will be charged to your credit card. Hair Extension Policy Hair extension appointments require a consultation before booking. 100% payment for the cost of the hair is required before any hair is ordered. Hair will not be ordered until payment has been received in full. Because all hair is custom ordered specifically for each client, all hair payments are non-refundable once the order has been placed, regardless of cancellation, rescheduling, change of mind, or any other reason. A $75 non-refundable booking deposit is require to reserve your installation appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the $75 deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. The $75 booking deposit will be forfeited and does not apply toward this fee. By booking your appointment and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Policies
